EMDR Therapy

EMDR stands for “Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing.” EMDR Therapy is an approach to trauma treatment and healing many clients prefer due to its evidence based approach, rapid results, and high success rate.  As the client, you will  use rapid eye movement or another type of bilateral stimulation to encourage your brain to process information, in order to desensitize and reprocess trauma and any negative beliefs you may hold about yourself or the world around you.

We can collaboratively decide if you would benefit most from an integrated model of EMDR and talk therapy, talk therapy alone, or simply EMDR sessions.

EMDR changes lives.
