WHAT’S THE INVESTMENT?
My fees have been set to reflect the cost of my formal education, lived experiences, professional licensure, trainings, and continuing education.
Individual counseling sessions are 55 minutes long and are $165/session.
Initial EMDR Therapy sessions are 90 minutes long and are $245/session.
Initial Hypnotherapy sessions are 90 minutes long and are $245/session.
Follow-up EMDR Therapy sessions are 60 minutes long and are $165/session.
Follow-up Hypnotherapy sessions are 60 minutes long and are $165/session.
Couples counseling sessions are 55 minutes long and are $200/session.
Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) sessions are 120 minutes long and are $330/session
I use a HIPAA compliant credit card processing service. I accept all major credit cards, Venmo, Paypal, cash, personal checks, HSA, and FSA cards. I am an out-of-network provider and do not take insurance. I can provide a Superbill at the end of each month that you can submit for reimbursement. Please speak directly with your insurance company about your reimbursement options.

WHAT IS THE TIME COMMITMENT?
Most clients attend therapy once a week, or once every other week. The frequency depends on your needs and goals, and will be determined collaboratively. I will be consistently checking in with you to see if you are making the progress you would like.
Uncouples Counseling is a short term therapeutic program that lasts between five and nine sessions.
ARE YOU SEEING CLIENTS IN PERSON, VIA TELETHERAPY, OR BOTH?
Both! I work with clients throughout the state of Colorado via HIPPA compliant teletherapy. In person sessions must be scheduled in advance and are by request. My office is located in Lakewood.

ARE PACKAGES AVAILABLE?
Yes! I recommend purchasing a package only after we meet for at least one session. This will help to ensure that you feel our time together will be valuable for you and that we are a good therapeutic fit.
